Fall (October and November) 2013 Session

- Free Orientation Sessions: Sunday, September 22, 6:30-8:30PM or Tuesday, September 24, 6:30-8:30PM. Attendance at one Orientation Session is required for registration in the program. No pre-registration is required for the Orientation Session. However, enrollment in the Stress Reduction Program requires a non-refundable deposit at the Orientation Session of $40 payable to "Cooley Dickinson Hospital."
- Eight weekly classes: Tuesday evenings beginning October 1 and ending November 19 from 6:30-9:00PM;
- All day Class/Retreat: Sunday, November 10 from 9:00AM-4:00PM;
- All meetings take place in the Dakin Conference Room.
